隨後，發行商505 Games官方聯動小島工作室，表示將於2020年夏季發行《死亡之絆》PC版。

505 Games是意大利的一家電子游戲發行商和開發公司，創立於2006年。近期該工作室發行了《控制》、《血咒之城 暗夜儀式》和《出賽準備競爭》等作品。值得一提的是，此前505 Games發行的《控制》曾被Epic以949萬歐元買下了限時獨占發行權。
